I'm back working on getting my WD45 put back together. There is a snap ring (part number 204085) that goes on the end of the engine clutch shaft that holds the PTO gear and hand clutch assembly in place. The snap ring has gone missing (that's partially why the tractor is apart). I'm hoping someone has one of these that they can measure. I've compared the groove in the shaft to the catalog for Eaton style rings, but they don't seem to jive. I'll have to double check my measurements, but I believe the groove on the shaft is 1.25" diameter by .120" wide. The shaft is 1.375" O.D. Looking at the Eaton style rings they use a 1.309" dia groove.
Thanks, Aaron |

If is the one I am thinking about ring thickness measures @ .098" OD is 1.596" and the width is .159" (sorry I don,t have the right tool on me for inside dia. So double that and subract from OD and should be close). Now that is assuming also the WC and WD are the same but I believe so.
