Last Saturday (less than a week ago), I was working outside without even a jacket on. Right now it's 22 degrees out, and over a foot of snow on the ground. I am never ready for winter even when it comes at a normal time. This early stuff isn't pleasant. Flocks and Flocks of geese flying over, heading south. Evidently they didn't get the memo, about an early winter. Even seen a couple Flocks of snow geese. Usually all I see are Canadian honkers

Come on down to Texas, Darrell. Temps will be 70’s-80’s thru this weekend, forecast is for plunging temps next week. 50’s-60’s.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I'm right with ye , Darrel.
Older I get, the more I hate winter.
already had a hard frost awhile ago, now it just keeps getting wetter  and snow predicted here too by end of week.

Was in the 70s on Wednesday and high 60s Thursday.  Now today the high was at midnight and it is now 42 degrees.  I hate winter also!!!!  Used to LOVE skating at the ice rink on the river, but I'm lucky now if I can walk....  Did I mention that I hate winter?
If we got snow and then the temps were in the 50s I wouldn't mind at all....  I just can't seem to put on enough clothes.  I'm with JC-WI.....   BRRR GRRRRR

Winter is coming and I'm not ready! 7060 is in the shop where I got the clutch cable adjusted but haven't finished the temperature gauge. No firewood split, and the trees I skidded up behind the barn last winter need to be bucked up and split. I've been pulled in too many directions with different jobs and requests. Dearly Beloved said the other days You need to get another job, besides the one's you already have "!
