This one is a 580 Super E Construction King
Built: 1983-????
Engine: Case 4-390 69hp 238ci 4-cylinder Diesel
Transmission: Full Power Shuttle and Torque Converter
Four Speeds Forward and Four Speeds Reverse
Reach from Pivot-pin = 17.8 ft
Maximum Digging Depth = 14.2 ft
Digging Force = 11,535 lbs
Operating Weight = 10,660 lbs

I have decided the driver is Lucas; there ain't nobody else got a head like that.

The 715B/D AC hoe is Perkins powered 4-236 engine with around 70+ HP 
Standard hoe rated at 14 ft / Mine has a Dig-more Extend-a-hoe which has depth of 18 Ft depth . Was equipped with valve to run hammer but removed that .
 4 speed main with Fwd/Rev box and torque converter . 
Was owned by municipality near here and they traded it to JD dealer with 2000 hours on machine . Now has over 5000 hours . 
 After i bought it contacted the municipality  / got service records since new along with all their spare parts , air filters and complete service book and owners manual .
