Remove ONE injector assembly from the cylinder head. Re-attach it to it's injector line with the injector assembly pointing out/away from the engine. Don't worry or connect the return line. Crank the engine over and see if you have fuel squirting from the end of the nozzle tip. Keep your hands away when testing. Remember, the starter/batteries must "spin" the engine over with speed or the injection pump won't work.

Also, do not worry about checking the timing......it doesn't change by itself.

There is no chain. The timing doesn't change by itself.

If it was running fine and then stopped like you turned it off, check your shut off linkage. If it is ok, I'd bet the pump seized and twisted the shaft off.

On the side of the injection pump body, there is a small rectangular cover ( about 1 inch tall and 1/2 inch wide) that is held to the pump with two flat blade screwdriver screws. Remove the cover and use something to catch the fuel that will run out. Have someone hit the starter with that cover removed and there needs to be rotation of whatever is visible inside the window.....no rotation or movement means the pump is siezed/junk.

Then, I don't think the pump has siezed, which is a good thing. Do the injector removal thing and see if it will squirt fuel out of an injector assembly.

If you need to reprime the pump, I have found that a shop vac works well for this. Loosen the supply line at the pump, reverse the vac so it blows through the hose, put the hose over the filler neck of the tank, when you get straight fuel from the supply, you're primed.

ok i took the line of at injector and turn it over no fuel coming out. so i took off the return line and put vacuum pump and there was no fuel. the gasket i made for fuel bowl was blow in up blocking fuel line. but i put the vacuum pump on and when got good fuel out it started right up ran for about 15mn then same thing like fuel turn off. what fuel flow should be going in to there looks like a fast drip

its like fuel flow not flowing right for the pump or the pump sucking in air. fuel to the top of pump seem to flow good better than bowl. crack the line on the pump you get fuel and air out

Disconnect the sediment bowl and unthread it from the bottom of the fuel tank and while you hold your finger in the hole of the tank have someone else ( your wife?) take an air compressor and blow all the crap out of the inlet to the sediment bowl. I am assuming you have changed your fuel filters???

The filters on mine came from Napa. Tossed the boxes long ago. I don't even bother with O'Reilly or the other cheap parts places.

It could be somethng like the rubber hose breaking down from filters to the injection pump. You need fuel flowing freely. Maybe you have crap floating in the tank that needs to be cleaned out of there?

Using the Agco parts web page and crossing on Wix web page, Primary is Agco #74048789 and crosses to Wix 33102, The secondary is Agco 74048796 and crosses to Wix 33101. Any parts store should be able to cross the Wix number if they don't carry them (they will be able to do that in the computer and don't have to go to a book.) O'Rielly's and Bumper to Bumper both carry Wix don't let them sell you a house "brand." If you go to Napa get at least the gold filters numbers 3102 and 3101. They will tell you that the cheaper ones are made by Wix and they may be, but they are built to the stores cheaper specs.

What kind of crap? With the removal of sulfur from diesel comes more algae growth. If it's snot like and brown, green, or clear, you may need to treat with some bio-cide to kill off any algae/bacteria growing in your tank.
