I saw an interesting video on tachometer repair.
I have a D-17 tach in need of repair. At the moment I have a foreign aftermarket on in the tractor. I may try to open and repair the original tach. The needle on my 180 diesel broke. Need to open replace the needle. Any tips? How to repair speedometer by Mark the farmer Motor cycle speedometer

Star Speedometer in FL will make it work and look like new. Highly recommend him. He disassembles and repairs to factory specs. New decals, new pointer.
