What's wrong with the one you have?  I know of a couple tricks if the case isn't busted.

You can get the bushings and seal at a bearing supply.
Seiner Tractor, and others have aftermarket lever shaft, or you can install a new "Pin" in the old lever shaft.
I have never found a source for a new worm shaft.
