If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.

yup, the 'rules of the road' are now just 'suggestions'.
I'm real happy I don't put many miles on the blacktop, wayyyyy too many idiots.
Worse near me are the truck drivers, either never stop coming out of the quarry or the ones running the solid red close to the school. BTW one of 'them' drove into the Skyway bridge with his dump trailer UP, caused 10s of millions in damages, got off scto free....
OK, I don't STOP at the stop sign that's for a deadend 'road' that's 120' long with ONE house on it,that a blind man can see there's NOT one car moving in that 120'. Guess some 'engineer' figures EVERY T-intersection HAS to have two stop signs ??

A policeman pulled over a car, walked up to the driver's window, and asked the man if he knew why he was pulled over.

"No," the man replied.

"You failed to stop at the stop sign," the cop explained.

"But I did slow down!" the guy argued.

The cop shook his head. "You are required to stop.

That's why they're called stop signs." The man started to get belligerent.

"Stop, slow down -- what's the difference?" The cop pulled out his baton.

"I can show you. I'm going to start hitting you with my baton. You tell me if you want me to stop or slow down."

Don't confuse my personality with my attitude.
My personality is who I am. My attitude depends on who you are.

“Unwritten Laws” as has been explained a hundred times to each of my nephews!!

Idiots are taught by parents to drive, may also go thru drivers ed but still get taught by parents. Heard this for close to fifty years where drivers argue the “unwritten laws or rules” of the road that they were taught by parents or others, then are others that just do not care of laws of the road.
First and foremost unwritten rule was always the four way stop fourth car can just run the stop as the other three that arrive and stopped at the other three points or the alternate where the car in front of a driver made a full stop at the sign the next driver can roll thru with that other car.
‘Boulevard Stops’ or rolling stops if no one else at the intersection or have not arrived to the line to stop at that intersection is another.
ALL are wrong if as stated considered “unwritten law”, for if Not written down it is not a law nor legal.
