Steering clutch; HD9

   Friend of mine has an HD9 dozer that he says one steering clutch is a little sticky. Is it of the type that you can fill the clutch housing with diesel fuel and then run it for a little bit, then drain it out. Then put some solvent in and run it again, then drain it out...? Thanks, Darrel
