can anyone tell me what starter model should be on a 615 diesel, it has the 2200 in it and I really only need the 3 bushings and the fiber type bushing/washer that goes between the post and case and I think she will be alright, but the only #s on the case are 3941 P05 A and I cant find any info on the web.  If anyone has one they would sell or know the bushing sizes or any info that would help I would appreciate it, Thanks, Dustin

All the bushings are the same across most of the Delco starters, and the parts should be easily obtained at most auto stores. I had a cracked nose cone on my starter on the HD4 which I was able to weld up and keep everything aligned . Center bearing is one that seems to wear out first, I found a starter off my White truck used the same armature and bushings and end cap and was able to rebuild another starter for another 2200 engine.

Most of the 615 is a D-15 farm chasie with a heavy duty front axel. Should be the same as the D-15 farm tractor. Had one rebuilt for a 615. it cost me $100. The diesal starter might be a little harder to find
