Saw the Geese flying north in Bel Air, MD yesterday.  Also noted that recently it was Labor Day in Australia.  To be 75 here tomorrow.
Yes Spring is on the way.
I sent a note to Brian Reese telling him to get ready for winter.
Good Luck!

We have Mourning Doves here all winter. Saw some Red Winged Blackbirds today. Robins will be right behind them. We had a beautiful day, up near 50.

Put another 60 miles on the snowmobile after work today.  Trails still in good shape and didn't see another sled.  Perfect ride.

The crows are sitting on the garden fence licking their chops!
Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

We've had Robins and Red winged Blackbirds around for a month. I think they got confused. Yesterday though the blackbirds were so noisy singing I couldn't hear myself think. In a lull I did hear a couple doves out in the prairie grass too.
The turkey Vultures are back and the eagles are thinning out. It won't be long and the river will be out of it's banks. A couple more days like today and I wouldn't be surpirsed to find a dandelion.
