Having trouble getting the rearend to split from the transmission . I am sure all the bolts are out but it just doesn't seem to want to give. Any ideas?

Unsure of it. But on some tractors you have to take top cover off and undo a few internal bolts holding rear end to them. Service manual would tell you.
