The ground finely dried out enough to allow me to work today. We did put clover on the wheat last Thursday, used the CA with a Hurd seeder. That was fun too. Any one else able to drill oats?

I have NOT got my oats in yet for this years OPOP show, too muddy a more rain in the forecast. I sowed them last year on April 13 so I guess I still have time.

Yep, we traded for a used Landoll back in Jan in Shelbyville. They were to deliver it last week, Andy called Wednesday to see where it was. Explaining we need it for the oats, they were surprised we could go. They got it here this AM and could not believe how much dryer we are. We were worried it would rain again because were were to have had more Sunday and this week as well. We lucked on on the rain this time. Hope you get in before the 13th this year.

Ground is nicely drying up here in southern Ontario and NOW the 'weatherman' is calling for 4" of that white stuff.
Been a long winter, I wouldn't mind sowing some wild oats.....sigh......
