Took the WD out to the ditch with the 172 mower today since it finally dried up. Took a little video of it in action: Had to use an impact to get the drawbar bolts out and replaced them so I could set the bar back far enough to use the mower. I think I need to lower the hanger pins another notch next time, as when going up or down a decent valley, I could hear the PTO shield occasionally smack the top of the hitch block. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Thanks! Oh yeah, when you get in the tall heavy stuff, you can feel her pull hard and the governor kick in. I used to run this on my other WD which has an M&W piston set in it. You can definitely tell there's a power difference between the two, as this one is stock as far as I know.

tractorboy -- Thanks! Yeah, I really wish something could've enjoyed this lovely grass for grazing or if I could've cut and baled it or something. ACinSC -- You're welcome! Was overdue to set up my tripod and try to take some video. Hope to get it back out sometime this fall as well.
