Just a curiosity question.  How many of you have made snow ice cream before?  We made some tonight and the wife and I were talking and she said they never made any when she was younger.  Every winter we tried to make some.  The only two things I can remember Mom telling me was don't use the first snow of the season and don't use yellow snow!!

Mom made it when we were kids using milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla flavoring.  Now if wife makes it she uses sweetened condensed milk, regular milk and vanilla flavoring, as there is danger of food poisoning using raw eggs.  It sure is good either way.   Tim

the yellow snow is a result of "snow writing", and you can't erase it.
