Does anyone have pictures of a Snap Coupler farm crane that mounts onto a WD or 45? I am thinking of fabricatng one to do some light lifting.
Thanks, RickM(MO) |

![]() I think this is for a WD/WD45, but perhaps someone smarter than me can confirm this.
I had them in my file and didn't label them properly.

No I do not, Don, sorry. I stole... er... I mean borrowed the pics, so maybe the rightful owner or someone knowledgable will jump in with some dimensions.

Larry, that is an Allis WD frame crane. I have one just like it. Don, I think that it is 4" channel but I am not home to measure.

Larry, you are right I guess it's not really a snap coupler crane since it doesn't attach to the SC bell.
Chris, is there supposed to be another pair of braces that run from the two pins on the inside of the frame and attach to the lift arm ram pins to add more strenght? It seems like I remember seeing pictures of one somewhere with the two extra braces. RickM |

I think it was Chris/CT that made one. I sent copies of literature and info to someone. Maybe the correct person will respond if it was not Chris....Dale

Thanks Dale. That explains it. It doesn't look like it would be too difficult to make one.

Does anyone out there have the lever arms that go to that crane? I have the crane but not the extra arms.
