I was talking to a guy today that stopped me as I was out and about on my B and he was telling me that Sleeve kits from 138, 149 and 160 engines would fit my 125 engine. I didn't think they would as I told him that the D10/12/14/15 used the same basic engine and that they probably would have been interchangeable but the 125 was a different design.

So what says the forum?

The sleeves for the D 10 thru D 15 are not only larger around than what you have in your B, the O rings for them mount in grooves in the block rather than around the sleeve as with your B.

Dick, didn't you manage to stick D15 internals in a 125 block?

Yes but I had to bore the block and then put 1/2" of expandable cement in the bottom of the block to seal sleeves.  Not something that you buy and slip in.
