I'v had good luck jacking it up so the bead comes back out and take the valve core out so more volume of air goes in quicker. Good luck

Ratchet strap pulled tight around it helps with some tires. Skid steer tire may be too stiff though. Be worth a try

ether and a match ? I'm NOT recommending it, just an old skool trucker way they did it....

smaller tires, like riders, I've strapped the center of the tread and tightend really good. It 'moves' the bead onto the rim.If radial tire, it 'should' be more flexible than biasply ??

use some form of 'bead sealer' goop. I use vbelt 'dressing'
besure bead is CLEAN and smoooooth of course.

As thendrix said, chain and binder.  If you have a bead blaster, it does good, too.  Make sure to take some soapy water, and see if you can find the leak that started the whole problem.

Did a skid steer tire last year using a ratchet strap over the tread. A lot of tires lately as a matter of fact. Took three to get the 4 rib back on the 7060. Also remove valve core for greater air volume. Be ready to loosen strap once the bead takes hold.

I have used a ratchet strap with success. Tires on my Skid Loader now have sidewall protection which is thicker rubber on the sidewall. Starting Fluid and a long stemmed lighter worked. If you know of someone who has a Bead Cheetah tool which is a tank with a long pipe shaped on the end to insert air into the rim when a ball valve is opened. They work well on truck tires.

I use a bead cheater often.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I've used great oil and bar oil to seal beads. Have also used dish soap. They all seem to work pretty good. Oil is a little messy though

Have used a lightly aired bicycle tube on 22.5 and 24.5 truck rims. Has to be small enough to fit inside rim edge. Lube everything up with veggy oil. Fills the gap where air is escaping. Remove quickly as bead will pinch and grab it.

No air tires are great for skidsteers in demolition work. Their down side is price when you need to replace and they don't ride very well. Foam filled is good but same high cost to replace. There is Company I saw an Ad for that makes a belt that lines the inside of the tire that prevents cuts and punctures like body armor. Never priced any so I don't know how pricey they are.Track Skid Loaders are great but pricey when replacing tracks. One Contractor I know put$7,000 in his Bobcat Machine for new tracks. He had a Dealer install. Probably could have done it himself cheaper if he had the place and time.

Ah yes - then there is the inner tube route - works every time on tires that de-bead more than once

No intention on doing the "leg work". AutoZone/Advanced s/f only catches the sidewalls on fire-no BOOM !!

I buy the 'ACE' brand, white can/red lettering in '50% more size, when on sale at Princess Auto. 2-3 small pffts and the forklift starts real good.

Finally home again. Guys please do not use either to air up your over the road truck tires. I have been to the DOT weigh station many many times demounting semi tires, blowing the either smell out of the tire and then remounting the tires. It gets darn cold out there this time of year especially after dark, when you are demounting 18 semi tires and remounting them. DOT considers them a fire hazard. As far as using either to mount combine tires, go for it but do it with caution. I had a good customer attempt to inflate a 30.5x32 on his Deere in the field. He tried either, a little didn't do it.   One can didn't do it. So he tried 3 cans. When he cane in Monday morning to have me go out and inflate the tire, he had second degree burns on all of his exposed skin. We had a 10 gal aluminum bead cheta one blast with that and the tire was on the rim. He had my home phone number, he could a called me. He said " I just didn't want to bother you on Sunday.".

Well guys I cleaned the bead and tire and took a old nylon strap put it around the tire tied it in a knot and put a breaker bar in the knot and twisted it until the bead went out hit the air and presto i removed the breaker bar and strap and aired up the tire.  Thanks for all the ideas.
