Rear photos would be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for pics of 80S or 82S, they didn't mount the same.
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

I have this bracket and pulley but pulley it is broken and bracket does not line up with any mounting holes... ETC.17.jpg[/IMG]

As near as I can tell, that unusual bracket is for a D-19 with 3PH.
These pictures might help you....they're right out of the manual.

Think you are missing the bracket that bolts around the PTO shaft.Plus do you have the pulley that goes on the tractor PTO shaft?

Edit: I do have the pulley assembly that goes on the PTO.... unfortunately that pulley has big chips out of it too.
