I have a series IV D17 with new 18.4-28 tires and factory three point.  There is nothing wrong with this tractor.  What would be a fair price for this tractor?

Worth 6500 but it is a gas and you need to find a collector who has money to spend and is looking for a d17. I think if you want to sell it you will end up at about $4000 maybe you can do better if you can find the right person.   But around here people just aren't buying. If you had a diesel 175 it would sell to someone like me who is looking for a tractor to run. I own a d17 love it and am in the middle of rebuilding the motor. But the bill to run the gas as great a tractor as it is makes it expensive to use everyday. Just my two cents I would like to say you will get $6500 I am sure it it worth it but finding a buyer will take alot of time.

Try stiners that is where o got my serries 2 mulfer installed one on my d15 and have one for my d17.   Quieter then the serries 1 mulfer that was one each and with a much better tone. The serries 1 mulfer stiners sells is worthless just as loud as a straight pile and tiny sound to boot. But I like their serries 2 mulfer.
