Got the decals on my replacement tool box at work, the black one is going home.  Years ago I saw a sign on a mechanic's tool box at the local Oliver dealer that read, "I make my living with these tools, please don't ask to borrow them."  I tell the guys here that I don't mind if they need to use something, just don't refurbish an entire unit using only my tools.  One guy was always borrowing screwdrivers, I finally went and bought a $5.00 set at Harbor Freight and showed him that those are the loaner screwdrivers.
