Is it upside down because it was built "down under"?

When I open the post on my IPad its right side up when I open on the computer its not. I havent seen any JD equipment that there not proud enought to put there name on it. I got it from the farm that had it when new. its not been used for 20 years and still has original paint. I only paid $50 and its in real good shape the bearings all took grease and the disks dont have any damage other than 3 scrapers missing. They look similar to the scrapers on the JD disk at work but the color is about the same as my Buel Farm King. if I cant find scrapers Ill just use it the way it is I only have a 25 x 50 garden so I cant see them getting to packed without them. I dont know what the two latches are for it looks like the gangs can swing back but i dont know why.

Found out its shop made from the farmers son. The disk gangs are from the wing of a folding disk the frame and pivot points are all shop built. It has latches to adjust the angles of the gangs. The gangs and bearings are much heavier than would be normal for a disk this size.
