A friend has one restored with 20.8 x 38 firestones  and it has a good road speed and it looks good. Are those equal to 18.4 and 20.8 or are they the big ones?

FYI. If I still owned my tire shop and you drove the tractor into my shop, those tires, 520/85Rx38 would cost you $1711.34 each mounted on the tractor. That is no fluid pumping and he gets rid of the old ones. If he buys these, make sure he puts the proper new inner tube in them. If he can't get Trellorburg tubes, Michelin tubes would work. I hope someone has a sale price on the tires. I never mounted a pair of them. They came out after I sold the shop. I have talked to a lot of people who have sold them. They are the folks who told me about the inner tubes. My old supplier was out of the 540's. They won't post a price if they have no inventory.

My only concern is the middle number in those tire sizes. That's the aspect ratio of width to height. So the first tire size 520/85R38 has a sidewall height 85% of the tire's width and second tire size 540/65R38 has a sidewall height of 65% of the width. The width of the tires are 20.4 inches for the 520 and 21.2 inches for the 540. There should be a chart online somewhere you could find the sidewall heights to make sure they will be correct. What size tire are you replacing?
On the farm: Agco Allis 9695, 7060, 7010, R66, Farmall H, and Farmall F20 (Great Grandpa's)

Going with trelleborg 540/65R38 on the 210.
Alos wondering if any one might have a good front grill
for this tractor and a front wheel hub for a 210.
Yes i know they're many that will fit but I think the 210
has a big screw in cap.
