Your Owners Manual has a very good electrical schematic of each and every circuit.

Poor ground on your test light or mice have chewed thru wires somewhere. How long have you owned this combine and when did the unloader last work ??

IF memory serves correct - there is a module - square with wires coming out the bottom - below the fuses next to the floor. It is a solid state latching relay. Check the connections and the GROUND. This is the same module used on the R40/50 and prone to malfunction when connections corrode.  71345084 worth checking.  Barring that... I have switched many over by installing another clutch switch in lieu of the momentary switch - using the power through the safety switch to energize a relay that sends power through it from the main relay to the clutch. .
When told "it's not the money,it's the principle", remember, it's always the money..
