Recently purchased a Ca wasnt running. Got it running and the PTO seems to be locked up, Any suggestions

Pull the hydraulic pump loose, see if that helps ? Rusted plungers ?

the ca that i got going a couple yrs ago developed a similar problem, mine seems to be the bearing in the belt pulley. Also that oil pump I got from you did excellent!! She makes great oil pressure, thanks, keith so va
