plow coulter setup

OK, while my 3 furrow plow behind the D-14 does a great job, I'm wondering if the coulters are supposed to be inline with the 'plow points' or offsett 2" to the left?
If they should be moved, I'll add it to my Winter list as the bolts seem mighty rusty!!

Depending on what you are plowing it may not even matter.  In trash and sod they help, and I usually offset them the 2".

My books have said offset 1/2 to 3/4" to the left of the landside.
