The weather cooperated with me, and I got to see the show! It is a nice show in a nice park. While it isn't a huge show, there was a good assortment of tractors and equipment, and a few vendors selling some parts and accessories. My boys and I had a good time. No matter where I go, the Allis enthusiasts are some of the nicest people you would ever hope to meet. If you can find a way to attend a future show, I would highly recommend it.

I wish I knew more to tell you. It is a model that somebody has built as a pedal powered unit. It has great workmanship, but I don't know who made it. I hope someone will tell us more, too.

The little combine is owned by Jack Gustafson. If I remember right there was like 6 of these made by an Amish man. It does pedal and this was the only one that the lights and everything else worked like a real one.

We made it through the first year. Now next year we will be more organized. It is hard to know how to do so much with so much room. All in all, with the weather, we were a big success as far as my opinion. Anyone that has not been to our show, should try and make it next year. It will be bigger and better next time! The banquet meal is worth the trip.Just ask Skip Welte. Dave.

Not to overlook anyone, but Burt Byers made an extra effort, he brought several loads of equipment. I really enjoyed looking at the D-15 diesel and the D-19 Diesel. Thanks Burt.

Thanks, Dave, I'm not far away so it makes it a little easier to bring some of that stuff. A lot of my stuff is still working for a living so they may not be as shiny as some of the others but I still enjoy them.

The banquet would have still been a bargain if we all had to pay twice for them.  I sure hope they get the Ice Cream man back next year, that sure was good.  The Allis-Connection president had his 6040 there, Brian Bringmann had his WD 45 Hi-Crop propane there, and there was a real slick looking D-12 Series III with the range transmission for $9,000.  It had a Mayer Implement sticker on it.
Bob McKim had his 180 puller with a new 301 twin turbo diesel engine in it.
Everyone needs to come next year.

Was there on Saturday.  All though there wasn't a large number of tractors, there was a pretty good assortment.  I had much dryer  feet at the new location.   lol.  Probably talked to some of you fellows, but I'm not one to say, hey I'm Max(ia).    lol

Yes, the grub at the banquet was excellent, and plenty of it too.  Although I feel my consumption was down from years past I was happy!!!    Great new digs for the show, great show, too much rain, but what else is new this year!!! the shade is real nice and  a covered building to be in although it leaks badly around the foundation when it rains hard and that nice open air picnic area.  the only thing I would do different is to shut off so much rain!!!!!!
