How do you guys with All-Crops patch the canvases on the headers? I have a good canvas that is like new, but for some reason it is missing a strip along the edge about 3" wide and 1' long. Should I just sew a new piece on? if so, what kind of "thread" should I use?
Thanks!

This should do it...
The waxed thread, is thick enough, to hold pretty good. I'd also overlap it, and put somr Liquid Stitch glue on it, too...

Thanks! We might be cutting wheat tomorrow if it doesn't rain. I'll run by Ace Hardware tomorrow. Our store is kinda small, so they may not have it. If they don't, I guess I'll have to get brave and go get lost in Wal Mart trying to find it.
