Great pictures. Should turn those pics into a calender or something. Is your rim rusted out? I don't have one to sell but a rail is missing from one of my rims. Never have seen that before. I'm looking for another rail to weld into place. Maybe off a rusted out rim. Lonn

Anyone have a picture of the 7000 on top of the silo? Would have been late 70's early 80's Farm Progress show in Central Iowa. I think the N6 and 12 row cornhead were introduced at the same show.

Those are some great photos. Do you know where this progress show was held?
Sorry, can't help with the rim.

Talk about being shocked. The picture of the D 21 with duals breaking through the first time. The two guys in front of the plow are my dad and myself. I think it was 1968 at Grand Junction, Iowa. I was 15 and my first show. I was sure impressed with the D 21 and always remember that show. Thanks for posting and making my day.

That is so cool.
I am glad it made your day! I have posted others from around the same time period and I am posting more frequently be sure to check back to see if I posted any more with you in them. That d-21 your referring to is one bad tractor, it just look like the bad boy of Allis Chalmers.

Ah, the good old days, we didn't know how good it was, prices for crops were pretty good and machinery was reasonable. Lots of choices of machinery manufacturers and innovative ideas.

Please correct me if I am wrong but is that a 6 bottom semi mount shown behind that 190XT. I've always been impressed how well our 190xt handled the AC 5-16s that came with it but after seeing that I'm now wondering how she would sound pulling 6 bottoms.

Lionel,
I am unable to tell if it is a 5 bottom or a 6. In another pic of a XT it is clearly pulling a 6 bottom. I will be posting more pics later in the week.
