I painted a Jeep Hugger Orange once. From what I remember the hugger orange might be a little darker, you might be able to lighten it up with some white mixed in. It is hard to say without seeing them next to each other though.

I just noticed that you said PO #2 I should pay more attention when I read. I think it would be closer to PO #1 but still it is hard to say with out seeing them together.

If you want to lighten it up some don't use white, use yellow or you will get a creamy orange and it won't look right. At least that's my guess as to what would happen.
