It's no different than Terry Deans pocket data book that they used to ask $300-$500 for until they were reprinted. At those prices you don't have to sell nearly the quantity. A sucker born every minute is what they are hoping for.

My 2 thoughts.  Asking and getting are two different things.  I'll trade my copy for a B series mower and/or attachments.

There appear to be book sellers who have absolutely no idea of value so they have set up robot searches that look for what other sellers are asking and then ask a bit more. When two of these robots find each other, the prices escalate. Searching on Amazon or Abe books its not hard to find something selling for less that $2 with $3 shipping and someone else wanting hundreds for the same book or VHS tape in the same condition.

Its almost as if wife has decreed sell so the asking price is ten times the market price to keep from selling the vintage car or tractor.

I have two, the first my wife gave me as a Christmas gift.

They are printed in China; does that make them worth more?

The price inside the jacket is $29.95 US/18.99 British Pound

Electronic books are the way to go.  Download them to the PC and the smartphone and you can have them with you at all times.  Saves money and space.  I like saving money and need more space.
