So I tore it all apart to check what you guys suggested. Everything looked fine. I am ended up lengthening the clutch release push rod.
I now have a good feeling clutch. But it has created new troubles. With the tractor turned off not running i can push the clutch pedal and feel it release. I can then spin the input shaft by hand. It spins extremely easy. You can spin it by hand while releasing the clutch and feel when it engaged. Once you start the tractor the clutch will not stop the input shaft. If you start the tractor in gear and clutch in it's just fine. It does not try to drive away. So I started it in gear and drove it around. It acts just fine. But once the trans goes into neutral the clutch will not stop the input shaft. |

Sooooo....there must be something dragging clutch shaft to keep it turning. Pilot bearing froze up? Is it even there? Does it just need time to stop? My 220 needs to be at idle with pedal down for around 10 seconds....usually gets a jam into 1st before that!
