oil sensor plug/elbow broke off so i plugged it with a bolt is there another place to put plug for oil sensor light , its on a 190 allis gas 2800 engine. I tried easy out in hole but could get it out.
1959 D 17 gas , 1964 190 gas, 1965 190xt gas AC 4bottom slat plow, 6 row 30in #72 planter Im not getting bigger my cloths are just getting smaller.

Ever try a left handed drill bit? some times the heat of drilling will loosen the plug and it will spin out.

Try the square type of easy out. Throw the spiral ones away. The square type will get it out. Might have to drill it out alittle larger to use the easy out, but it will get it out. HTH Tracy Martin

Well, I sure hope you didn't get any shavings in that oil galley cause it goes directly to the mains and rods unfiltered.

thats why i didnt try to drill out , i just fond a bolt really close to the size hole and tapped on it with hammer and turned it into hole so far ok.. My dad suggested to drill out , i asked myself the question of where do the shavings go? I dont want to take oilpan and front end off if possible. i did try a spiral easyout and it didnt work.
