I’m in the market for a loader tractor. Everything else I own is Allis Chalmers but I need something hydrostatic for the wife to handle. I’m really liking the look of the kioti CK3510hst with the 4010 loader. I’ve found a new 2017 on the lot I can get for $16,500. Seems like a decent tractor for the money and the 6 year power train warranty is appealing. Anyone have first hand experience with the kioti brand? Thanks.

I don't have any kioti experience but if you have an LS dealer anywhere close by I'd take a look at those. It's a Korean New Holland. We've got a 36hp we've put around 300 hours on and the only thing we've had to do is adjust the clutch safety switch and change the oil

appears to be a user friendly little tractor. does look like it will need to be kept inside out of the elements when not in use. it's close to the right color.

I have looked at them and would love to have a bigger one but I was wanting to have a new style Allis decal made for it if I bought one kinda like a “what if”

Have a friend that purchased one and then shortly after he was given a three point backhoe attachment which was too big for the tractor. He then traded for the next size bigger one. He is happy with it and I have driven it. I was impressed with it.

LS Tractors is an engineering company. It is a division of LS Cable in South Korea. The group was originally part of the LG conglomeration, and was known as LG Tractors and LG Cable, respectively. LS is associated with Mitsubishi tractors of Japan for technology, and many tractors are based on Mitsubishi designs, as well as use Mitsubishi engines. New Holland Ag also imports LS tractors to resell as LS-New Holland. (They originally had agreements with Fiat, which purchased New Holland. New Holland is a division of CNH Global). LS formerly supplied base models for Montana Tractors which were then assembled in North America; and sold under the Montana brand name. This agreement ended when LS decided to begin their own imports and dealer network in 2009. |

Kioti Tractor is the trade name for Daedong tractors in North America and Europe. Daedong Industrial Company, Ltd., which is based in Daegu, South Korea, was founded in 1947,[1] producing its first tractor in 1968. In 1993, Daedong expanded into the US market with Daedong-USA, Inc. and established the Kioti Tractor brand.[2]

I've been around 1 Mahindra. Never been on it, but from what I see they're not a very clean tractor. Meaning there's several things I saw on that particular tractor that were not asthetically pleasing. Could've just been that tractor, I don't know

I've got an LS XJ2025, 25 hp with a loader. It's a nice little machine, paid $14,000 brand new. Wanted a Kubota but even with a friend as the salesman, was over $2,000 more. No Kioti dealers within 100 miles. I have a Kubota 72" mid mount mower I will put on it some time before the grass grows too tall. Only 18 hr on it so far but I'm quite pleased with it so far, even if it is blue...

Kioti tractors was in with kubota, in the early 80's. kioti bought the older gear tractor line, from kubota, the partnership ended in a law suit, kinda like the deer/cat partnership.(after Deere was shown how to make a normal 4 cyl engine, they renigged on the rest of the deal, which was to stay outta the construction market...

I'd heard that some Kubota executives started Kioti to be a lower price version made in Korea, with cheaper manufacturing costs.

They seem to get really good reviews. You can always find someone that has a complaint about anything but most of those reviews sound like the guy could break just about anything. I really wanting something easy for the wife to use for feeding / cleaning up from the horses and something for dad to use when he comes over. At 70 he's having more and more trouble climbing up onto the CA and getting back off. It would be nice to have something easy to get on and off. To me it looks like the 35hp should do everything I do with the CA but have a loader so do it faster and easier. If i'm going to spend money on a loader tractor it will cost more but has a warranty for some piece of mind and hopefully won't have to work on it more that regular service for quite a while.

Shameless, there’s a low trans tunnel maybe 2-3” high. There’s an option for a molded rubber mat for the platform everyone seems to like a lot. I’m looking at the hydro so it doesn’t matter but the manual trans version has the shifter over by the left fender instead of on the hump like a Kubota.

Dave, I keep meaning to order the step for it one of the forum members sells. Dad’s kind of heavyset and he’s having more trouble shuffling around the steering wheel and getting back up off the springy seat on the CA. The CA’s not going anywhere it too handy of a tractor. The kioti’s just got a little better ergonomics.

A friend of mine has converted a few C's and CA's to easy to get on tractors. They look a lot like a D series. I've considered doing one of mine but have plenty of projects that need to be finished first.

Ran across this, in an old file...
The web is littered with Kubota versus Kioti discussions where various owners hem and haw trying to weigh the benefits and advantages of each. This post is going to step back from the fray and instead provide a bit of Kioti’s history and how it relates to Kubota because the two companies do have some history together. An Overview In the Early Days Lawsuits and Bad Blood A Settlement is Reached Kioti’s Equipment Lineup Bottom Line |

I have a Bobcat CT235, re-badged Kioti, owned it for about 5 years and 250 hours, trouble free. For its size, it's a work horse, I have a loader and backhoe on it that never come off, but the attachments were built by Bobcat in the US to their own standards, supposedly because Bobcat felt that their customer base would expect more of the implements than what the Kioti pieces could deliver. As for the tractor, I love everything except the sounds of cold starting that little diesel, it bangs and knocks like no other, but the dealer says they all do it, and he sold a couple hundred and never had a failure. The agreement ended in 2014, which is when I bought mine, with one remote, best juice in the tires, loader and backhoe, I paid 21 out the door, and haven't felt bad yet. I don't think you will be sorry.

Wasn't it Kioti that was getting changed to green and yellow at one time? I don't know if they still are.
