I do a bit of on-road driving while it is dark, and I only had a single white headlight for the rear, which isn't good when there is a car coming up behind you..... So I did a little adding of lights.
Hopefully y'all enjoy, and (can't do a parade with those on) I purposefully attached the lights on the 'L' brackets.....4 bolts and one plug and those come right off. Hopefully this works: Google Drive: A-C B Extra Lights Just for fun I added blue LED light strips under the hood to make it glow, it looks really cool, sorry, the pictures don't do it justice! (no, I couldn't find orange LED strips) The grey extension cord in some of the pictures is for the block heater. Ignore the mess!! Enjoy, Ben

Looks like you've been to superbrightLEDs.com. That was always these old tractors weakness. Not good lights. It's amazing now how much light you can putout with the LED's and pull very little amps. Looks good and I bet the underhood lights add a nice touch.

Good job If you are going to use it you need to have lights and be safe.

Oh my gaud what have you done! It never came from the factory that way!!
I think you did good but I would never improve the lighting on my tractors because then I would have no excuse for not bush hogging at night.

LOL! I actually got these lights from Amazon, they were like $15-20 and they are 18w, the inside ones are flood beam and the outside ones are spot. I can be seen now!
Thanks! Glad to hear that it looks good to someone. Someday when it is dark still I will take a picture of it with the lights on, it looks cool sitting in the dark with all the switches flipped.

Yep! It'll work. Although your wife might like them better under the kitchen cupboards....

I'm a correct policeman, to an extent. But...when things are added to improve weak links (such as lights) I don't mind so much. I did put a 12" light bar on the 8N, and it is fantastic! Those lights look good, and I can already tell you're a better electrician than I am!

I moved the work light on the back of my red and gray tractor, added 3 pole double throw switch and a flasher wired to an amber light on the fender. I can't seem to find a flasher that will keep working after an hours use.
