Not sure when I'm going to find the time, but Dad's wagon is probably next on the list. It's got a Durabilt flare-bed box (I believe made in Aurora, IL) with a New-Idea running gear. The floor is completely shot. It had tongue-and-groove boards in it before so I'll probably go back with that. Don't remember the make of the hydraulic hoist that's underneath it but it did work when parked (about 10 years ago).
Anyone have any suggestions for restoring the galvanized metal? Steel wool and elbow grease? Comments welcome.

Vineger, fine steel wool and elbow grease. Follow with paste wax. Probably a mid west hoist.

The shop I worked at had rubber pads that went on an angle grinder, You can buy scotch bright pads that connect to the rubber backing. Might make the elbow grease less needed.
