Just joined forum today. My father inlaw gave me a 1957 D14 a year ago. It has a AC FEL on it . It runs but needs restoring. I plan on fixing it up. To what extent I have not decided yet. I will probably spend hours reading this forum. Look forward to interacting with all of you.

As said above, WELCOME TO THE FORUM. I just bought a 1959 D-14 and have been trying to figure it out. It is a completely different animal compared to my 1937 WC.

If you need any help I will try to assist you as I learn about mine.

Thanks for keeping the old orange alive,
Jeremy

Welcome aboard sir. I'm certain you will find any answers you need here. Great bunch of folks. Not just advice on orange tractors either. Anything you might need to know, just ask.
I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!

I have  restored a '57 D-14  that was my Dad's. They are great little tractors that have a ton of power for the size. No telling what mine would do with duals on it!LOL Nick

Another D14 owner here, John.  As you by now have discovered, this is a great site.  Never hesitate to ask a question.   I know because the folks here have successfully helped me over some D14 "speed bumps".

I also have 2 D14s. I use them mostly with a 5ft bushhog and a 6ft finish mower. You can't beat the power director for these uses. They have plenty of power and are very handy to have around the farm.
