What Ya Don't Know Until Ya Don't Know It.  Quote from a friend and ex-coworker.

Yesterday was a Good Bad Day, rainy, hauled sand as Clay pits were/Are a slop mess, got to last load for a short Friday, found the old boys place just fine, Drive was nice and solid so motored to the turn around spot.  He flagged me to a small shed to dump the 20t at, where he is replacing water line and power cord from the well and will backfill initially with sand.

Yard felt OK to the foot so backed in, until last five foot and crust let go.

20 miles from the yard, boss sent out resident equipment operator and a 410 Deere TLB, out five minutes after arrived.  Dumped sand while stuck and leaning, spooky but got it off prior to drag out.

Truck weighs just at 27,000 Empty.  Drop axles are 'Up' in the photo and still pressed three to four inches down in the sod.

If you didn't need a wrecker, that's not too bad. Sometimes dump trucks or cement mixers get STUUUUUCK. Been there done that.

Don’t know if could have gotten anything better down the guys driveway!

Backhoe was perfect, even a well ballasted 200AC would have done it.
His neighbor has a 1066 corn binder, was out of town so no access.
Were not too far south of Morrison and the old Seifert place that recently sold.
