i recently bought qa 37 wc aqnd the guy i bought it from said it was a 38 and he had solid wheels on it. then i looked up the cerial number and it was 62688. that means it is a 37

Actually #62688 is a 1938 and the solid disc wheels are correct, the spokes stopped at #59636.
