Got a calendar From our Equity Livestock markets, They run a bunch of the livestock auction barns in Wisconsin. It was their 100 year anniversary this year and they had pictures from the sale barns over the years. For April a picture shows a Allis G with a loader coming out the back of a State of Wisconsin Dept of Ag truck scale testing unit.

The function of the loader, is to lift certified weights, for placement on livestock or grain scale.  To be legal for trade, scales need to be tested with sufficient quantity of NIST traceable certified weights of at least 25% of the scale's registered capacity...

So if it's a 10,000lb livestock scale, they'd have to stack on 2500lbs of weights.

That loader will probably manage 200lb weights without too much heartache...
Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.

So on big new scales if they are weighing 100,000 to 120,000 lbs they would have to run 30,000 lbs on them?
