Question for Y'all.

The term Clutch Brake was used in a previous post I had regarding adjusting the clutch on my HD16DC.

I read that you also need to adjust the Clutch Brake as well as the clutch. This was in response to my question on adjusting my clutch lever as it has only about 10 to 15 pounds of pull and should be not less than 20 or more than 30 pounds pull.

when I was reading my manual, it said that my tractor does not have a Clutch Brake to adjust as the torque convertor acts in that regard. Am I reading this correctly. My unit is a DC model and has a torque convertor but no the power shift. Do I have a Clutch Brake to adjust or not. My book only shows the adjustment on the clutch for the clutch lever.

Thanks.

I don't see anything in the parts book so your manual should be correct.  16D does DC does not.
