to my ears when the B, I've been working on for a couple of years, fired up.  It is the 1st engine rebuild for me and was really thrilled when it fired up.  Had my grandson tow me on it about 50 ft. before it cranked.

While I'm typing,  at what distance is the seat frame mounted above the angle iron fender mounts?

Edit:  This is a hand brake model B,  I thought I remembered someone saying the seat height was different than a foot brake model.   Tim

Myron,  I'm going to try, still have a lot as far as painting and getting a couple more parts, (rear tires, seat cushion, and so forth) rear rims need some attention.  Maybe just maybe it will make it...Tim

Tim,
I just bought a used seat frame from a B w/ hand brakes and it was bolted to the same bolts that hold the fenders to fender frames. Good luck,
