What should I use for motor oil in my diesel one-eighty , D17IV and one-sixty. Shell Rotella 15w40, 10w30 or regular 10w30 oil. How about the gas D17IV and WD45? Appreciate your input. Thanks, Dave

The WD45 manual probably calls for single weight before detergent oil. Using a modern 10W30 detergent oil should increase the engine life a great deal, providing the engine isn't filled with sludge from the old oil. It might need a couple oil changes with short hours as the detergent oil loosens the sludge.
