Gentlemen:

Can a D14 Hood be modified to fit a CA?
Supposedly a 3 piece hood CA, so I think it can, but not sure.

Sounds like a good idea.  Also, how about a piano hinge down the middle?

A good sheet metal man can do about anything. A hinge down the middle sounds like a good idea.

I dunno about a piano hinge down the middle but one on each side would allow better access with only a couple of screws to undo at the front.
( I have no headlights on my Bs - I sleep at night, LOL)
