My h3 has a marvel schebler carburator which is a TSX879. I need a complete kit plus both shafts and choke butterfly. Does anyone know what kit will work with this? No one has a kit for a TSX879. Would a TSX878 WORK?

Don't know where you have been looking but here are a few possibilities.  Most kits won't have the hard parts (shafts and choke butterfly) you are looking for.  Standard Motor Products shows the TSX879 for an H3.  Their kit number for it is 1302.  Steve at B&B Custom Circuits rebuilds carbs and can likely help you with the parts.  McDonald Carb and Ignition likely has a kit and hard parts.  There are many others.

A WD-45 carb is almost identical to a D-15 series 2 G-160 engine. Throttle shaft is different but the WD45 shaft could be modified to work. Choke plate is the same.
