Wiley Hutto former service manager in the Atlanta Region passed away yesterday 9-12-12. He worked for AC from 68 till 78. He was National Service Manager for Takeuchi US. He hired me as a service rep for AC and Takeuchi.

It's always hard when you lose your source and friend, and mentor! I remember well when the last of my "folks" passed away and I realized that now I was supposed to be the one that had the answers! It certainly is a shock and leaves you with a feeling of "nakedness" when that reality smacks you in the face!
You don't really have to be smart if you know who is!
