I bought a new one today. I wanted the 30 ton unit but they didn't have one, price was $400.00 less on the 30 ton unit, they only had the 37 ton unit. Menard's gal sold it to me at the 30 ton price. I ask her if I needed to assemble it. She told me it only needed the wheels put on it. The gal was grossly misinformed. I did get it off the trailer today and on the cement pad. I've got $700.00 in honey to deliver tomorrow 60 miles south of here, then I need to be back in town for a good friends funeral. Dang, gotta stop at Squalmart tomorrow and pick up 20 lbs of cashews for a recipe, I don't think the log splitter is gonna get assembled till next week. Oh well. I'll get to play with it later.

Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.

Was at a sale today (auction, that is).  Watched 2 fools fightin for a 4-5 year old 37 ton troy built (MTD).  It sold for $1000, but only cost about $1599, when it was originally sold, back when money was worth something...Wink

Shameless get your self over here. I put the oil in her and filled the gas tank. Not tried to start her yet. I've got fresh E15 mix in the chain saw + a 110 volt saw, + a 80 volt electric saw. You can takes your pick. I've got a big old dead tree in the back yard and several along the east fence line. We'll put the forks back on the skid loader and haul them across the crick. I'll let you pull the hydraulic lever. Might be able to get a couple of grandsons to put the split wood away.    just kidding guy. There ain't no beer in my house.
