Well I should have tried to turn the crank before I did anything. Engine is locked up solid. Pulled the exhaust manifolds and found a rusty coating on top of the carbon. Pulled the intake and a little water ran out. I'm guessing the cylinders are rusted up.

I've got the top stripped down to the head. All the obvious head bolts out but it won't budge. There aren't more head bolts under the plugs in the top surface of the head are there?

Did you remove the rocker arms? There are six long bolts through rocker arms that hold the head down. MACK

there's 26 head bolts. Make sure you have them all out before using force. Once you are sure they are all out, then some force will be required.
