I am sure it is already on here but I have not used the correct words to find an answer.
How do I get this thing apart?

Take off the 90 degree elbow. With the cylinder collapsed you should see a snap ring. Move it into the lower groove in front of it. The ram will them slide out.

Rotate the rod while you pry the snap ring to the smaller diameter groove. Reverse procedure to assemble.

This looks entertaining.... Pin stuck about 3/8 inch out before I started, don't want to go in or out.
In the middle of moving my shop so it will be a bit before I can tie hard into this for now. No way I am going to get that ring without complete removal of cylinder. I need to change brakes so I will attack this when I tear down for that.
