a neighbor has some implements that he wants rid of  there is a 42in deck a 48in deck both in good shape a 1 bottom plow a  cultivator and a sicle bar cutter all for B series. can someone tell me what these are worth.

Agreed with the above. If he wants top dollar for the implements he'll need to go where they have the most market.
 
Condition is everything on the decks, and it is off season right now. Average condition, 50 for the 42", 100 for the 48". Mayne a little better if they are in real good shape.
75-100 for the plow.
The cultivator's were 2 piece. One mid-mount, one rear mount. There were also several variations in the rear section and different sweep combinations. Details on that would determine 100-250 for the cultivator.
Sickle mower in operating condition will bring consistantly 250.
