Joe I use 2 boxes of Jiffy, 2 eggs 1/3 cup butter milk (I’ve been using half n half) as that’s what I had and one can of cream style corn.
Pre heat oven and put in well oiled cast iron 12” skillet. when oven is ready, remove the hot skillet and pour in batter while the skillet is still hot.
Bake on 425 for 30-35 minutes.
